TWO MASTER PLAN ADJUSTMENTS ARE REQUESTED TO HAVE 65% SMALL RESIDENTIAL LOTS INSTEAD OF 50% SMALL RESIDENTIAL LOTS AND TO INCREASE THE MAXIMUM MONUMENT SIGN HEIGHT TO 75' TALL. THREE ZONING MAP AMENDMENTS FOR 104 ACRES FROM R-2 TO MU-A, 118 ACRES FROM R-2 TO MU-R, AND 107 ACRES FROM MU-R TO R-2.
