Please note: Starting Dec. 15, the city’s payment processors will collect a credit card processing fee of at least 2.25% for payments made through DevPortal.AuroraGov.org and Aurora4Biz.org. This fee will be applied to help offset the costs of processing credit card transactions. No fee will be charged for cash, debit card, and check payments.

We are continuing our work to transition services over to DevPortal.AuroraGov.org. At this time, payments for the following services may be made through the new portal: Temporary use permits, temporary sign permits, arborist licenses, block party permits, film permits, civil plans, donation bins, irrigation plans, paving and geotechnical, easements, license agreements, small cell licenses, fiber optic licensing, and transport permits.

Effective Nov. 21, 2025, the following fees will need to be paid through DevPortal.AuroraGov.org:
Code enforcement violations, housing inspections, vacant property and signs; Aurora Water wet tap, water repair, extension agreements and FEMA submittal review fees; Planning services like mylar changes; Board of Adjustment variance fees; tree mitigation

To Pay on DevPortal.AuroraGov.org click "Search & Pay Bill," enter the invoice/bill number and proceed to pay.

This portal will continue to accept payments for the following services:
Commercial building permits, limited building permits, residential master permits, master single-family plans, custom single-family residential permits, multi-family master permits, public improvements, counter permits, tenant finish, Aurora Water tap fees, Aurora Water development fees, Aurora Water storm water quality permits, park fees, contractor licenses and supervisor licenses.
