Description:	2225 S IOLA ST *CLOSE RSN 1578208 WHEN THIS PDR IS APPROVED* JB e-mail 7/17/2024: The text discussion and formatting of the actual PDR, we can allow some leeway on. Please make sure a section heading of Variances is added and list any variances separately (if there are none, state no variances). References to older criteria should be removed such as that on pdf page 28. Site impervious values in the new drainage manual table 5-6 shall be used, and the calculations for C based on Table 5-7. The concern is mainly that the calculations and design meet the requirements of the 2023 Drainage Manual.
